Since its inception in 2016, this primarily Spanish-language show has brought together Spanish-speaking performers and audiences, creating a vibrant atmosphere of humour and laughter across various stages in the city.

2024 marked its fifth consecutive participation in the NZ International Comedy Festival — a milestone that reflects the show's growing place in Auckland's comedy landscape. Spanglish Comedy is more than a night of laughs; it's a celebration of identity, language, and the shared experience of being Latin in Aotearoa New Zealand.
